Notes for the meeting – Members of the public can attend meetings but numbers will be restricted by the size of the room. Questions may be emailed to the Parish Clerk info@choppingtonparishcouncil.org by 12noon on the day of an evening meeting or 4pm the day before a morning meeting and will be considered at the meeting
Note for the Public – Members of the public may be allowed to ask questions during the public session. As usual, it is not the Council’s custom to respond during the public session. Where appropriate the Chairman will inform the resident of the action to be taken, that is: passed to a Committee, go on the next agenda, or the points will be taken into consideration if already on the agenda
