The Chairman and Vice-chairman of the Planning Committee had no applications for consideration.

The meeting agreed the minutes represented a true record of the meeting and agreed they should be signed as such by the Chairman and placed in the public domain.

CO49/19. 11. BUDGET PREPARATION
The Parish Clerk asked members to give direction on the process they wish to employ for preparation of the budget for 2020/21. The Chairman highlighted the need to consider the management structure required to support the Parish Council during the transition period following the Parish Clerk’s retirement.
RESOLVED: The meeting agreed that a budget working group should be held on 18 December, with all members being invited to attend.
C050/19. 12. PARISH CLERK’S REPORT.
- Finance Report. Members received a report from the Deputy Parish Clerk/RFO on expenditure made and income received since the last meeting of the Parish Council. Members agreed this information will be placed on the Parish Council website.
- Financial Performance to the end of the financial quarter. Members referred consideration to the budget process.
- Bus Shelters. The Parish Clerk reported on 2 vehicular accidents that resulted in damage to bus shelters.
