FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE TO THE END OF THE FINANCIAL QUARTER JULY – SEPTEMBER 2018
The Deputy Parish Clerk reported on expenditure and income undertaken during the second financial quarter. The budget line for
external audit was showing a credit balance; it was explained that as the audit expenditure relating to year 2017/18 is to paid in the October of this year, an accrual was made at the end of the 2017/18 year to account for the cost in the correct year, which then reversed as a credit in this current year.

RESOLVED: Members resolved that no additional actions were required.
TAX IMPLICATIONS ARISING FROM ALLOWANCES PAID.
Members were made aware that the Parish Clerk is seeking clarification from HMRC regarding the tax implications arising from allowances.
RESOLVED: Members requested that the Parish Clerk report his findings at the next meeting
